Now looking at the lineup and trying to figure how you are going to get Johnson, Kraisser, Robinson, Swiderski, Gaitan in the lineup
I've been doing the same thing. It's a problem that the best programs have.

Maybe you should one of your new fancy depth charts! Now looking at the lineup and trying to figure how you are going to get Johnson, Kraisser, Robinson, Swiderski, Gaitan in the lineup
Going to get fancy with redshirts!!! All of them but Kraisser and Robinson have redshirts availableMaybe you should one of your new fancy depth charts!
I’m not in the room to know how he’s progressing but I still like Redding as well. Hopefully he can grow into 141 and get better with a RS year and then Swiderski moves up to 149 and he slots inGoing to get fancy with redshirts!!! All of them but Kraisser and Robinson have redshirts available

My personal thought...Going to get fancy with redshirts!!! All of them but Kraisser and Robinson have redshirts available
Wouldn’t that be super weird to have Gaitan redshirt after starting and likely being a NQ? If he can make 57 again, that has to be his spot. Anyone know hard of a cut that would be?My personal thought...
2022-23
Start: Swiderski, Paniro, Gaitan (if Gaitan can make the weight for one year)
Redshirt: Redding, Euton
2023-24
Start: Redding, Swiderski, best man of Euton/Robinson/Krassier
Redshirt; Paniro, Gaitan
After that Gaitan at 165 for the post-Carr lineup and let the best man win for the 141-157 spots. Good teams have good guys who can't crack the lineup. Future is bright.
IMO it’s probably a good thing if some of those guys are in the lineup as little as possible. Now looking at the lineup and trying to figure how you are going to get Johnson, Kraisser, Robinson, Swiderski, Gaitan in the lineup
Also me (JM4CY):Me: I'd redshirt all of these studs the first year and give them a year to develop
Also me: OK, pull the redshirt after Christmas break IF they are looking like high-AA contenders
Also me: Patience is a virtue... redshirt them all (just like David Carr) because we've got quality guys that can fill in this year
Also me: I'm so happy and confused at the same time![]()
Ummmm, well…………I’m not in the room to know how he’s progressing but I still like Redding as well. Hopefully he can grow into 141 and get better.
If I read between the lines, I think Tigerguy has hinted that Redding may not be doing what it takes to be the guy for the next several years. Maybe I'm way off base?Go on…. Why wouldn’t that work……
When I found out that Jarod was a Type 1 diabetic I tempered my expectations for what he would be able to get his body to tolerate at the NCAA level. I think he was slowly losing ranking position his senior year. The best of that class was Gomez, and he has shown that this year.Verkleeren was even higher ranked I believe. 1x NCAA qualifier, and it was the year it got cancelled.
Not saying that he was bad, but I'm sure he was expected to do more based on his ranking out of high school.
Nah, too many of these newbies have too long of hair.Today is the day ISU wresting turned the corner under Dresser. Mark my words.
