Heather and Sean will be pretty rough. I do think breaking up that morning group is necessary. You could sense they maybe didn’t like each other. The short bit I heard today consisted of Heather and Travis arguing for a solid minute about which day the game tickets they were giving away were for.

Travis, Sean, and Heather are tight. They hang out a lot.

It's not so much the opinions given but it's the content being chosen to discuss. It has become so Hawkeye-centric this summer that it has become difficult to listen to when the same things over and over are being discussed.

The Garzas were on multiple shows multiple times to discuss their camp being held. Georges Niang, Ashley Joens, and Tucker DeVries all held camps in the area this summer. The morning rush had one phone conversation with Georges, the other athletes and their camps weren't even mentioned by anyone.

I used to love kxno to the point where I would turn it on at 6am every morning and just let it run, and I try to watch what I say having worked in journalism myself, but it's difficult to not notice things like that and be turned off by it.

The Garza's HAD to have been buying air time. There's no way KXNO was giving them all of that run for free.

You couldn’t pay me to listen to JorBo.

This is why I've never really understood crossover shows like this. It was the same when Woody did a show with some Hawk guy (can't recall who it was...) a few years back. I have no desire to listen to JBo. I'm sure most Hawk fans don't want to listen to Stanz. I'd imagine you lose more viewers than you gain but putting opposing viewpoints together.

Only way I would listen is if he would talk about whatever stupid thing he said or did that got him KTFO at that IC bar the other year. Gotta think he had cell phone video of whatever jackwagon thing he was saying to deserve what he got. Sadly we'll probably never get the full story on what really happened because he probably still thinks he was totally innocent in it.

Maybe I'm in the minority, I loved listening to Settles.

I think the farther there are from their playing days, the easier they are to tolerate. I was indifferent on Settles, but I did like when they had Chuck Long and Sage Rosenfels on. Helps that Chuck was the QB when I last gave two flips about Iowa football.

I thought Chuck was awful because he admitted before one season to never watching ISU games but then would give analysis. You can’t talk about what you don’t watch. That’s why I’ve always respected Chris because he watches the games.

Maybe Kron can sub at last minute for Stanz.
