Pretty much all of the KXNO coverage I've heard this week has been about Iowa and what do they need to do to fix the offense. I hope Iowa State goes over there and just takes it to them and makes the Iowa defense look beatable. The ball washing over their defense is amazing, it helps that they face a lot of really poor offense. I can see Dekkers giving them fits.
Since the shift at KXNO and the launch of Iowa Everywhere, I've found solace in most of the Iowa Everywhere pods. Williams and Hassel do a really nice job. Hassel brings more sports knowledge than Ross and I'm not sure why so many people on here hate him so much. Sage and Blum's show was great as well. The standout for me is Bruns' reaction show on Sundays.

IMO, if you're looking for local college sports talk, be it Iowa or ISU, the Iowa Everywhere network fits that prescription. If you're looking for people talking to fill the silent void of driving, I'd check KXNO. From the first week of listening, it doesn't sound like there's a lot actual insightful discussion on sports as much as playful banter back and forth.

I was getting a little ticked yesterday that 80% of the local shows was about Iowa, but then realized it was mostly about how inept their offense is.

Iowa Everywhere has been outstanding. I have always found Hassel and Miller interesting and knowledgeable. I listen to every show other than Stanz and Jorbo. Can’t bring myself to do that yet. Maybe if some posters on here vouch for it I will. Never say never.

Same. It's not that I dislike Bohannon either, I actually really respect what the kid has to say about NIL and his perspectives on college sports. But their voices. Sweet mercy, their voices are like nails on chalkboards.

Hassel has always been great, people that don't like him are the ISU version of Hawkeyes on my belly fans

Yesterday, on the Miller and Conditt show Derek from New Sharon called in and Miller cut him off and pretty much told him not to call in again! Not sure why he doesn't say the same thing to Hawk callers!

Ken cut him off because Derek said he had and did call the morning rush that day and apparently Ken thinks you have to pick one show to call into. It was a very **** move by Miller.

Seeing the clip where JBo said 20% of his games were fixed told me about all I need to know. The hardest of hard passes on that show.

Nah, Derek was probably loaded already sitting in his garage. He thinks he's a main character on the station and I think it's fine Ken shut him down.

Blue yummies! When he called in the other day Sean was just letting him talk and you could tell he wanted to cut him off too. He even said something to the effect " go drink some more of those blue yummies sir"

Derek has been in trouble multiple times. He is known around his community for it also. DUIs, hitting street poles, getting kicked out of high school sporting events. Real character. Also, I am sure he was at the whotv RV tailgate 2 days ago in Monroe and probably talked keith's ear off.

Anger sells on pretty much any media. I didn't listen but I bet they had plenty of callers.
