I would have loved to see ISU come out on fire today and make it hurt but I'm glad they have lots of corrections.
Offense - Hutchinson
Defense - Colby Reeder
- Colby has some real juice, had a tackle for a loss and a big interception. He is better than what I would have guessed.
Grant Treiber. Everyone thought all hope was lost when Remsberg went down. Grant has played really well two games in a row.
Reeder improved a lot from game 1 to game 2. If he keeps getting more comfortable he's going to be dangerous.
That drive was orgasmic.

One of the radio guys (don’t remember which) even suggested Grant was playing so well he’d split time with Remsburg once Jake was healthy.

Isaiah Lee had a good game. Maybe not MVP, but top 3 on D.

Trevor Downing and Tyler Miller got great push on run plays some today. I also wished we had moved Downing to center earlier. He's a natural there.
Far and away the most encouraging thing. They ran the ball well, against a good defense, at their place. Best o-line performance in a while.
I like you called at Tampa because he was so damn good today.
He’s an incredible football player, the opponents especially a D like Iowa know it and he still does what he did, phenomenal.
