Thought we saw some good things but also a lot to clean up. A good tune up for Ohio. Let’s work on those areas and get ready for a good team coming in. Go clones.

May have to live with a few interceptions from a young Qb. Love that he is willing to get the ball out, and hope that confidence doesn’t get stifled by cautionary coaching. Just needs a little refinement, as I think he has the potential to become an assassin. Its a journey. On to game III.
I would love to hear the explanation on the 2nd interception. I could see where that one may have been on Noel. Trying to force it into X when there was double coverage was definitely a bad one on him though. Still, can't complain too much. He had some brilliant moments.
Think Dekkers grew a pair on that drive. It was a confidence builder for sure.Dekkers talked a bit about it in the post-game presser.
Yesterday was a great test for him and coming out strong on that long drive was impressive.

Hope Noel is okayI think there was a lot of that team-wide yesterday. Noel showed his potential. Several guys on defense stepping up.
Hope Noel is okay
I think he was, wasn’t sure what he went back for. Freyler went back at a time Also.I thought he was out there to end the game.
It would be nice if ISU came out sharp this week and roll on to let starters rest a bit.
He trucked Shannon, Iowa’s DT.I’m nervous when he runs. He runs like Lanning at times and trucked one of the Iowa backers. I like it but Becht needs some time to season.
Couldn’t remember who, I think he drilled more than one even.He trucked Shannon, Iowa’s DT.
Good thing the Cyclones are playing the Bobats instead of the Nittany Lions! They just got beat soundly by Penn St
