Yeah unless Fred pulls a rabbit out of the hat and makes the tourney this yr I think he is done. Checked his record if he gets them to the NIT they might keep him. 7 wins 7wins 10 wins woof.

In B1G world Nebraska was the darlings of college basketball last March when they got that 10th win.

BTN should have been mentioned in the 'favorite cults' thread.

He hasn't had a job that fit him like Nebraska offer him though. You're ******* nuts if you think he wouldn't leave Ames for the right amount of money. Nebraska is pretty similar to the Wisconsin job whether you believe it or not.
USC and FSU are a different culture, sure, but I don't think Tennessee is all that different than Nebby.

They're all better jobs than ISU and they're in the Big 10. The Big 12 has an unknown future. You guys acted like this with Hoiberg too.
Eh....I could see Matt going to any big ten school really, with the exception of Nebraska and Iowa. Honestly I think any school other than those two I would be worried.

He's gonna leave at some point. Especially with the Big 12 losing Texas and OU. I live in the real world.
No ****, that is why savants like you love to come in and predict this is the one. Someday you will be right. Remind me again, why does that mean kNu is the one that will make him jump above the others? I THINK that is what the thread is about?

Support Iowa State football in whatever way you can and don’t worry about what Matt may or may not do in the offseason in my opinion. Nebraska could be an appealing rebuild project, but as long as Jamie has the money he needs to keep the salary “good enough” and out fanbase is a strength…I think we’re good. And that’s all we really have control over anyway - financial and fan support.

Not exactly sure.
Heard Matt doesn’t care for balloons. Some old clown issue from his youth. Think Nebby would give up their balloon ritual?

Including myself but this thread is proof that the internet is bad.

It's gone from like funny fake Twitter account to meltdowns a day after Week 2.

You’re concerned about Illinois and Indiana??

I never say never as a Cyclone fan. No way Fred takes a horrible basketball job at Nebraska, no way Cael goes to Penn State. Just the Cyclone fan in me gets nervous

I've accepted the fact that Fred is really good at making money. Thankful for the time he was at ISU, but after getting started at ISU it was all about cashing checks. Taking Chicago was a poor choice career wise great for the pocket book.

Hear me out:

Coach with midwestern ties.
A better record against big 10 teams than Scott Frost
Undefeated in Lincoln, NE as a head coach
Sources say "Iowa State coach has interest in the Nebraska job".

I am So Proud to introduce you to the next head coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers:

That reminds me that I meant to check in on the high school team he was coaching. I forgot he was the DC and not the head coach. The Gulf Shores Dolphins are 3-1.
