Its not just the getting hit by the helmet based on the rule though - its also about leading with the crown. From that picture I can't tell if he lead with his head or shoulder or what hit first.

Could it have been targeting? Yes - probably.
Was it? IDK.


It is just a stupid rule overall that I hate. I get wanting to protect players - I am all for that - but how its called, enforced and the consequences of - I wish was different
