Only positive is Iowa's bad too so at least they didn't go on to have a decent season and pull out the 'ISU only got up for one game' crap. Both teams were bad then and still are.

That was a pretty unique fake and off the top of my head I've never seen one like that before. Sometimes you have to tip your cap to the other team.

True, but playing even a very basic "safe block" prevents that score.

I guess I'm just frustrated that in some cases we are super conservative (like never ever trying to block a punt) but in the case where it could hurt us the most, we aren't conservative.

And now we've gotten to the point where the announcers are blowing the officials... "oh - it wasn't that bad". Perhaps - but those are all things that are called 100% of the time when the shoe is on the other foot.
