This is a veritable offensive explosion for ISU! Of course IUPUI is horrible so I don't put much stock into that. My early thoughts though from what is obvious: we have a massive talent upgrade in the front court and overall we are a much more talented team top to bottom. Also you can tell that the defense is this programs identity now. They don't even look like they are trying that hard and they are absolutely suffocating them.
I know this team is the worst we will play all year but all of this “we are going to be worse offensively” talk seems overblown. This team looks MUCH more athletic offensively overall than last year’s team. But, again, playing a glorified JUCO team makes it seem
