Today, the 49ers are a serious threat to make the Super Bowl, and they might be in a better position with Purdy at the helm than they were with Garoppolo.

I don't know where Brock fits in with the 49ers, but this week long stretch has made him all kinds of money. Even if he doesn't make it as a starter, having Kyle Shanahan rave about you, having the respect of that veteran locker room and having good film against a good defense will get you about any backup job you want.
Well I don't think Brock is auditioning for back-up role.
