The elite SEC teams have just owned the sport for the last decade. The B1G doesn't have much more to say about that than the B12 at this point.

Nailed it. It isn't the SEC and the B1G. It is the SEC then everyone else. The talent pool is in the southeast, and the SEC teams keep them home. I'm not sure what has to happen to break that up.
best teams money can buy. except for half the league sucks and the other half is really good. top 3 are hard to touch. translates to winning titles which is all anyone cares about.

I don't mind the SEC love. Their dominance is pretty self-evident at this point.
But lumping the Big Ten in with them for absolutely no reason when the last national title won by a Big Ten team (and the only one of the playoff era) was the very first one in 2015... and the only program outside of the SEC that has shown some ability to build an SEC champion-caliber roster is Clemson...

ACC and Pac 12 were not even in the Playoffs, AND their Champions lost their Bowl Games. Of course, the Big Xii Champion lost their Bowl Game too.
Big laid a B1G 0-2 in the CFP to lower their Playoff record to 3-7 all-time.
TCU won a semi by beating the B1G Champion. That is GOOD!
