Looks like Brock will be playing in rain Saturday. Also Field Conditions could be interesting as it is suppose to rain pretty much everyday there this week.

He was in survival mode a lot. Missed an opportunity to give praise to college teammates currently in the league.

This more indicative of line breakdowns or playcalling/game prep?
He’s talked about Breece, Charlie, etc before I think a couple of times.

That's going to hurt Seattle much more than SF. SF will be just fine with running the rock and not throwing the ball much.

The weeks rain won't hurt the condition too much, as they will have the field tarped, for any adverse weather.

Either I've completely missed this, or it hasn't been communicated very often ... but what a story as to where SB is being played and Brock's hometown. Fate?

Host of “The Gym” on KGYM 1600 in CR from 3 to 4 today said Purdy won’t win NFC ROTY…. and that he basically is just benefiting from having Kittle, McCaffrey, Samuel, Ayuik, etc.

Pretty much didn’t give Purdy any credit at all. This is exactly what ISU fans despise about all these radio shows…. so slanted towards Iowa no matter what, and always slighting anything ISU. It’s BS.

Every great NFL QB has had studs to throw to and RBs to carry the ball.
Joe Montana and Steve Young did it all by themselves.

Hogeye's heads are exploding with our wrestling, BB teams, Hall and Purdy's success, etc. They don't know what to say or do other than lash out.

Can you imagine how much they would be creaming themselves with ROTY is in the bag if Purdy was a Howk.

When a QB does a great job, his targets look good, too. That seems logical. If a QB is bad, even great players are impacted. Davonte Adams looked good this year, but not as good as he did with Rogers. (Didn't have career highs in any stat despite more games and targets than any other year of his career.) Derek Carr, despite playing with such a good receiver, had much worse stats this year compared to last.

Eastern Iowa radio isn't the greatest and never has been.

Thankful for podcasts!
