A year ago, Lipsey was playing against Marshalltown and DM North and this year, he is starting in the toughest conference in college basketball and is probably the best freshman PG we’ve ever had. Can’t imagine where we would be without him.
They come out of the woodwork after any loss. Honestly so many of these asshats I have never seen post on here except when we lose.Who is this idiot OP and who gave him permission to use a keyboard?
We really need to start testing people before they get their permit.
The team needs shooters for next season. Not dribblers.
Is that what I said. You must not know who we got coming next year, huh? We won't be needing Lipsey to score.... just bring the ball up and distribute.
One, a twooo...Threeee! CRUNCH...3.What's the record for dumb reactions?
Lipsey with a year of Big 12 play under his beltWhat do we got next year?
Lipsey has done well with stepping in and playing earlier than expected. For sure. I like him as a player. But why overhype things. He isn't the best freshman point guard we have ever had at ISU, Monte Morris was better. Lipsey is 97th in country for Assist to Turnover ratio. He plays scrappy defense, he can drive the ball and finish, and he isn't afraid of the moment. Those bode well for him becoming a much better player in the future. But we if we want to win on the road next year, he needs to take care of the ball better. 6 turnovers today, 5 at WV, and 5 at TT. All three games where a turnover or two makes a big difference. One thing that handicapps Lipsey is our team just doesn't have a lot of scoring talent. You put some better shooters around Lipsey and he will be fine as a PG next year. Just take care of the ball.
1. I think Kane was our point Morris’ freshman year. I don’t think he started until later in the year and then started with Kane.Lipsey has done well with stepping in and playing earlier than expected. For sure. I like him as a player. What do we got next year?
It’s honestly a good question. I’m not bashing him. I just think theirs better options. He plays hard. Defends great. But he has mental lapses and has zero offense. When a defensive player doesn’t have to guard him at the perimeter and can shadow someone else thats not a good situation to be in on offense. Our fan base would get a huge upgrade without you
And yet I have seen all American guards turn it over late in the game. I really think the worst poster are those who take 2 minutes out of the entire season to question a kids ability.Lol at everyone going over season stats. A PG shouldn’t turn the ball over twice under 2 to play. Even if the team is shatting itself at shooting it gives you zero chance to score. Will lipsey be a good offensive threat next year??
ZRF has a cousin or an alternate. It’s honestly a good question. I’m not bashing him. I just think theirs better options. He plays hard. Defends great. But he has mental lapses and has zero offense.
