I’m guessing whoever wins this game is playing WVU. Not only is Self out but Kevin McCullar is as well.
Great half.
Would have a lead if Refs didn't have a four minute stretch of just actively helping Baylor in every way possible. 1 point was just a laughable giveaway, probably 3-5 point swing on all the other bizarre calls in that stretch.
Their 3% will go down as they get tired.

Really good half. They are making tough shots they didn't make Saturday. I like the quality of our looks better and I hope that pays dividends.
Yeah, these 3's are really pissing me off. We need to adjust and defend the sh*t out of the 3 point line 2nd half. Let them score as many 2's as they want, they aren't as good in the paint anyway.

Yeah...stinks. Those things are what hurt (we had a steal....could/should have been 2 for us)...instead that.
Keep up the pressure second half....keep head in the game (i.e. don't miss assignments, when an opportunity is there take it) and we have a very solid chance.

That was one of the most entertaining first 20 minutes of ball I've seen. Baylor is absolutely on fire from deep and we are only down 3, and that includes us botching that easy transition where we went for the lob dunk. If we play the second half like that and lose, so be it. But the last 3 halves of basketball have been much more encouraging.
not sure we can do much better on the perimeter, they have really good guards and swing it well. I'll take what we are doing. They can't end over 50% on 3's, no way. If they do, they win.
