LSU is similar to ours get the ball to the inside first then maybe shoot from out. SC may change with pot Bpston but we will have to wait and see.Or, as Fritz implied when she transferred, maybe a different offensive philosophy?

She must really want to play for a final 4 teamI suppose - but it would mainly just affect my view of her as a person. I can't imagine respecting someone who would want to be around Mulkey every day
no no no everyone here has said bill is too tough and thats why they're transferring.
She would win more at LSU, but how much would she play? She must really want to play for a final 4 team
Does either team need a starting PG? I imagine she won’t make a WNBA roster as a 2.Toughness coupled with some really mediocre basketball becomes the problem. I'd imagine Mulkey demands alot, but you win. Same with Geno's peak at UCONN. Tough coaches with expectations, but that all becomes a little easier to listen to when it brings out your strengths and you are playing on a national stage for championships.
Reese, VanLith, and Morrow all want the spotlight; if Morrow and VanLith end up there, we will see how well Kim manages egos.If LSU lands Van Lith, Donarski and Morrow to go along with Reese and the other key returning players LSU has they would be unstoppable.
I always enjoyed watching her play but I don't see her fitting in at either South Carolina or LSU. If she thought Bill was tough these two coaches are no different and maybe even tougher.
ISU won games. Posters on here acting like we were a bottom half team. If Donarski wants a title the same way KD did, this is the way to do it.Toughness coupled with some really mediocre basketball becomes the problem. I'd imagine Mulkey demands alot, but you win. Starting with Kim's own ego. Just her outfits alone prove that she wants to be the center of attention.Reese, VanLith, and Morrow all want the spotlight; if Morrow and VanLith end up there, we will see how well Kim manages egos.
Completely disagree. But that is fine. Part of the offense is making shots, Lexi struggled all year to do that, worse 3pt % and really bad on lay ups. Can't really say the offense was not there in regards to her when she left 6-10 points off the board routinely. This it was a Bill issue only is getting old. They won games but likely underachieved the last 2 years relevant to talent. And anyone with an eye for basketball who watched this team the last 2 years can see it's not exactly innovative offense. Bill decided to structure his team around "let Ashley cook" and now he has to deal with the fallout. Other girls weren't being put in a position to succeed.
I would say that is a rumor from a source who heard a rumor from a source. Doubt there is any substance to that one. LSU just doesn't seem like a good fit.
IF the problem was 'let Ashley cook' why leave now when she is gone? I feel like it says more that they think they cannot win without her or they do not want to be the go-to.They won games but likely underachieved the last 2 years relevant to talent. IMO it is burnout. Emotionally all in. Disappointing results. Need a change of scenery. Who knows? Hope they find what they are looking for. We will see how it turns out.IF the problem was 'let Ashley cook' why leave now when she is gone? To me this is whole leaving the team doesn't make any sense to me. Not getting along with the coach....then why stay for so long. Not liking the Ashley show....well now she is gone. Not liking the offense...why not approach with solutions and try working as a TEAM.

They probably expect Brown to come in and get the Ashley treatment
Was she playing with bigger personalities who care more about scoring and showing off in games like that though? If you watched the McD AA game - Brown is a pass first player - do not thing she will take the majority of the shots.
In that game you might be right. On a good team that gels she should be pretty good. I think she will be a great addition as will Barstow, Crooks and Jackson. I wish Fritz and Lexi were part of next year's team, for whatever reasons they chose not to be, good luck wherever you land, I think in the end we will be just fine.If you watched the McD AA game - Brown is a pass first player - do not thing she will take the majority of the shots.
She was the #12 ranked recruit in the country as a HS Senior and went nose to nose with Paige Bueckers and mighty Hopkins in a very entertaining game. She has undeniable talent and athleticism - I believe she wants to play the point and could start for anybody in the country, which explains why she’s being courted by the top teams. We’ll see soon enough…She would win more at LSU, but how much would she play?
