I doubt he will get prison time. It says maximum 2 years, it is a misdemeanor, but more charges could come. Im guessing a hlarge fine, and probation etc, and also of course loss of all athletic eligibility.

So just several months ago then.... that's not a big deal IMO. Spring of 2022 would be a fire-able offense for CMC.
FYI - the books have compliance software that audits bet behavior for anomalies. Like it flagged the 1 (high dollar) OSU baseball bet placed.
’m sure it also flags names and likely relatives for oddities.
