For game day you will want it in your wallet. Unless you have better luck with Internet than most at ISU on game day.
This. If people aren't smart enough to hit the "download to (apple or google) wallet" button, they should never leave home.No need for Wifi or cellular connection. Just download them and add to your Google or Apple wallet the night before. Never once had an issue.
This is what I get. Notice the transfer and sell boxes at the bottom are shaded and not an optionI just tried to transfer a General Parking permit and it won’t let me. Get a circle with line through it. It would let me transfer my season parking pass but I don’t want to do it that way
Help

I am not likely to renew my tickets. Sure I could update everything. But I am the customer and I can make that choice. I know there are not many like me who stands on this principle but I don't think I am the only one.Nobody that I know, and I know a lot of them. Just your bias. I am grandparents...thank you.Nobody that I know, and I know a lot of them. Just your bias. Doesn't say much for what you think of your parents/grandparents.
Did you try calling the ticket office and asking those that are working with the system? This is what I get. Notice the transfer and sell boxes at the bottom are shaded and not an option
Quite the principle to stand on...I am not likely to renew my tickets. Sure I could update everything. But I am the customer and I can make that choice. I know there are not many like me who stands on this principle but I don't think I am the only one.
I am not a big booster. I doubt anyone within the Iowa State athletic department knows my name. I know they haven't responded to my two emails on this topic and that is another of my frustrations as a customer.
For reference, In the end I spend $15-$20k a year with ISU. It will not hurt me one bit to step back and save the money. I have been a two tickets season ticket holder for years and I attend at least one road game a season.
I'm not going to do the things that I enjoy because they're making me learn a new skill that might also be useful in other parts of my life.I am not likely to renew my tickets. I am going to assume that you are done going to all events ISU or not then because unfortunately this is the trend and will likely be standard practice everywhere in a couple of years.I am not likely to renew my tickets. He'd obviously prefer to have his paper ticket and get to the gate and realize that somebody else has reprinted the bar code so that he doesn't get in at all.I am going to assume that you are done going to all events ISU or not then because unfortunately this is the trend and will likely be standard practice everywhere in a couple of years.
Yup. Live is about priorities. Just admit that you value a paper ticket more than actually attending and move on.He'd obviously prefer to have his paper ticket and get to the gate and realize that somebody else has reprinted the bar code so that he doesn't get in at all.
Dude if you want to cancel your tickets because you're too lazy to learn how to push a couple buttons on your phone more power to you. Personally if I was going to cancel my season tickets I'd at least trash the coaches or the prices or something instead of using 'I'm too old to figure out how to push the right buttons on my phone."I am not likely to renew my tickets. Sure I could update everything. But I am the customer and I can make that choice. I know there are not many like me who stands on this principle but I don't think I am the only one.

It probably isn't even real, that their MO.This is the dumbest hill to die on that I've ever seen. For Christ's sake, you're complaining about this on an internet forum that you had to sign up for and learn how to use. You can't be that averse to technology.
Ticketmaster has way too much of a monopoly going for tickets.
Parking passes are live tickets as well. You should be able to screenshot that parking pass, believe the 'live' non-screenshot tickets are only for the game.
ETA - otherwise, just pull it up on the website/app before getting off the highway. Parking passes shouldn't have the service issues that you would typically have entering the game (especially if you pull them up before you get to Elwood).
