We use the Cyclone App but once we log in it redirects us to Ticketmaster.

1 email and 1 password for the account.

1. Open Cyclone App
2. Tickets (lower right corner)
3. My Tickets and Parking
4. Sign Into Iowa State Cyclones
5. “Iowa State Cyclones” wants to use Ticketmaster to sign in.
6. Continue
7. Sign In
Or for step 3, choose "Ticket Information", then "Account Login". After that, choose "Access Tickets".
I'm currently signed out of both Cyclones and Ticketmaster. I have one ticket in my wallet. Will have DH try this.
Don't think I've ever signed out of Ticketmaster other than if an update required it.

Edit, forgot say that I tried clicking on the ticket information link after reading when you (@06_CY) first said that's an option. It was really strange to me and took me to Ticketmaster where I did not have the option - at least didn't see it - to do anything with tickets except transfer or sell them.

Glad to see I am not the only one having issues. I had to get to my tickets in a roundabout way. I transferred 3 of them and the people I sent them to have not got them yet. I also cannot get my parking pass to load into my Apple wallet. I never have had this issue before.

I had to reinstall the app to get the parking pass to load. Had already loaded our tickets previously.

Did not and does not work. Ticketmaster help session says an account is linked to one Apple ID. I fail to understand why it must be so (are we the only ones in the world who buy only one ticket to a ticketmaster event, thus never needing to worry about another person on our account who also needs access to the tickets for the wallet thing)? And why it's different for parking passes than tickets. We can both see the tickets and access them in the cyclones app. Only one of us can add our tickets to our Apple Wallets. Both of us can add our parking pass to our Apple Wallets. Once a ticket or pass is used, any other "copies" are no longer valid.
A non-iPhone user told me his accounts are NOT linked to his wallet. Why is it different for Apple wallets?

A friend transferred a ticket to another friend. There was no notification of the transfer -- as has been the case for "forever" -- so the second friend didn't know the transfer happened until he tired of waiting and decided to check the app. There it was.

Pretty sure you can add the same ticket to multiple wallets as long as each phone logs into ticketmaster. I know at 1 point yesterday we each had her general parking pass in our seperate wallets as I added by mistake instead of the RV pass.

I don't know if that's allowed. I'm pretty sure you can only add tickets from a single Ticketmaster account to a single wallet. If you need to "share" tickets, you have to transfer to another Ticketmaster account that would then be linked to another wallet.

"Any tickets purchased from an individual Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one Apple ID or Google account."

My tickets are in my Apple Wallet but I can't see the barcode on any. Just "Hold Near Reader" on bottom. Is that how it is now? What the hell is it reading?

Yes that's how it is. The ticket is transferred via NFC to the ticket kiosk, like point of sales that you can tap your credit card (or phone) to
