Could there be anything worse than your wife riding around with you asking you questions while you're in this position if you're ZJ?

Why is his wife riding around with him? Shouldn’t it be an assistant coach? Geez. Vacation trip for ZJ and family I guess?

The first time I read this sentence... I read it differently than you wrote it.

At the end of the day the US team just looks like a team who hasn't played much golf recently, had a few guys skip a scouting trip one of which was for endorsement stuff, another couple guys fly over separate from the team, all lead by someone who has next to zero leadership qualities but was next in line so he was appointed. It's not really any one of those things that's the problem when they go to Europe. It's just the general treatment of the event by the players and the treatment of the captaincy by the decision makers all mostly because Phil threw a fit when the team played like **** so now there's this closed system to choose the captain from.

Well I guess I don't have to worry about waking up this weekend. What an absolute choke job.

I know losing doesn't help, but you look at how invested the Euros look as compared to the USA team that appears to be completley mailing it in.

It’s unreal how much the home field advantage is in the Ryder Cup. Hoping for a miracle but there’s pretty much no shot

I’m no big golf guy but Jordan seems to be either totally nails or totally awful. There’s often little in between.
He get's in his head like no other. He constantly yells at himself. He peaked his first couple years on tour and hasn't been the same since.

Flashforward to noon on Sunday as the Euros are up to 18 points with the final matches wrapping up. Cut to an interview with ZJ:

"You know there's alot of golf left to be played"

I went to Hazeltine in 2016, the atmosphere is so much different than normal PGA events or majors. I'd compare it to normal events being truly neutral sites and the Ryder cup being like any college football rivalry where the home team automatically get's a few points added to their end of the spread.
