If you are a Baseball Fan, go to the Reds Hall of Fame. I heard one baseball guru state that it is the best Baseball Hall of Fame outside of Coopertown.

Jealous of all you that are going. I had a whole trip planned with a swing through the Bourbon Trail but life got in the way.

Picked up 5 tickets on Seat Geek in section 203 on Monday. Game is sold out. ISU ticket office said the seats they sold for ISU were in section 103, 104 and 203. Hopefully were sitting with other Clones in 203.
You will be. That's where my tickets are.

We are sitting in section 105. Going to be a great weekend. I’m excited to see so many are traveling to the game.

Named for player James Gamble Nippert, who died from blood poisoning after a spike wound injury. Supposedly involved a pre-game chicken race. His grandfather was James N. Gamble of Proctor & Gamble, he donated money for the stadium construction in his grandson's honor. Fifth oldest stadium in CFB.
Site of first college football game under the lights.

Hokey video celebrating 100 years of night football:

Yikes, cut the fella some slack. Hard to envision I know, but some big cities have other things going on instead of college football. I've only been to Cincinatti twice in my whole life but even I knew when he said "by the stadium is lots of stadiums" he meant Bengals, Reds, and probably Cincinatti basketball arena. I imagine toss in a few other "arenas" that arent popping to my head would technically qualify as Lots.
Well, to be fair, Nippert is adjacent to a small baseball stadium and soccer stadium, and is next door to the basketball arena.

We NEED to contain their QB. If we do that, he appears inaccurate and we could have TO opportunities..

Their skills players broke A LOT of tackles against BYU. We will need to tackle better than we have recently..

Bearcat geezer here. Here are a couple things going on in Cincy that any visitors could take in. The Cincinnati Zoo is a world-class facility less than a mile north of campus off Vine Street. It has been rated the #1 zoo in America for visitors each of the past three non-Covid years according to USA Today polls.

For anyone staying over through Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks will be in town to take on the Bungles (longsuffering Browns fan here). It probably won't come cheap, as the most likely source of tickets will be the scalpers.

UC's campus is very unique for an urban setting. The architecture is largely new, after the university invested hundreds of millions of dollars over the past twenty years or so. A few years back, Forbes Magazine ran an article concerning their sixteen most beautiful campuses in the world, including UC because of the architecture and green spaces.

Like so much of the Cincinnati area, large portions of the campus are very hilly and will give walkers a good workout.

Welcome to town!

If anyone is flying into Cincy and grabbing a rental vehicle, don't be surprised when you land in Northern Kentucky. Traffic shouldn't be all that bad heading east on I-275 towards northbound I-75 to cross the Ohio River. However, upon return, the westbound lanes are restricted because of construction. Traffic has been backing up at the interchange, so give yourself extra time.
