Defense allowed only 21 points. Only TX allowed less points to KU than us. What do you expect? How many points allowed would be fine with you?

Yeah overall they did their job but there were a lot of little things that were a problem along the way.

Two safeties biting on that long TD to seal it and then doing the same thing on the last first down shouldn't happen.

The body slam out of bounds to get KU further down field on a scoring drive was crucial.

This is an overreaction. Campbell may have been the second best coach in this game, but check his coach of the year history.
I very much agree with this. I am very hard on this staff, and while they did get out coached tonight (I mean…Liepold did **** that no coach will ever do), I’m not really all that convinced we get “out coached” a lot.

Another one score loss for this coaching staff. I respect what the coaches have done for the program, but the game day management is definitely a weakness.
Unfortunately agree with this. It felt like I was watching someone fool the other in a chess match all night.

Liepold’s staff called, and their team executed, plays that nobody…I mean…nobody else would have called.

Yes. We absolutely got out coached tonight. 100%. But don’t act like this happens all the time.

There was no urgency on the offensive side of the ball in the first half for ISU. KU has a very good offense......but a very average defense. You would think our coach would know this and attack from the beginning. He did not.

So call it what you want.....but as soon as KU showed it's hand that it was going to stop the run game no matter what........I'm throwing 90 percent of the time. Their pass defense is not that good. And guess what happened in the second half when they did?

You would think Matt's head would start to hurt beating it against the wall trying to establish something that isn't there.

Is it possible that CMC calls the offense until he realizes it’s not working again and the turns it over to the oc to see if he can bail him out!

So calling it now that we aren't out of this Big 12 race yet. We win at BYU and Tech goes in and beats KU and Oklahoma State goes down to Orlando and gets upset by UCF. Calling it.

If that all happens we have one hell of a log jam again with only UT having 1 conference loss and we host them. We would be back in a tie with Oklahoma State, K State and OU for second.

Edit: WVU is also only with two losses but they play at OU. That would be epic if the Mountaineers go into Norman and win.

It’s not as big a deal if you score 7-17 pts and throw a pick 6. Offense should have got more than 3 at home against a middle of pack big 12 defense in first half.

We saw in second half they weren’t some defensive juggernaut, our own game plan f’d us until we were forced out of it. A familiar theme.
Oh I agree, but it's a historical stat thing. I saw it maybe last year during a Gameday segment or something. Throwing a pick-6 in a game and you lose like 65% of the time or something like that. So in one play you drastically hurt your odds historically.

But yes, it was embarrassing to only have 3 points in a half against KU. And those three points came in the last couple of seconds of the half.

Listen I love Campbell but we’ve been out-coached in 3 of our 4 losses just this season.

Disagree. Maybe 2. Maybe.

Ohio: no. Norovirus
Oklahoma: if we got outcoached by Venebles, we have serious issues. The guy is a dolt
Iowa: maybe, but I’m not convinced

Kansas: yes. We were outcoached.

Im in s5 and still stuck in my parking spot.

Iowa state's management of traffic is horrific. Always has been but it has gotten worse the last couple years
This is wild. From what I can see, cars still haven't started leaving vet med.
