After how things went in the offseason, and how things started, getting this team back to a bowl means his seat is colder than the weather in Manhattan.
In such a critical year too. Going in with the deck stacked against you when you don't want to make two years in a row a trend. Pretty clear it was a one off, the future is very bright.

Even with 50 seconds left, getting the ball back and KSU having time outs was some CPR special feels.

Yep. Wouldnt take much to imagine a fumble in that situation with the snow. We've seen it even without the snow.

I know he didn’t break Troy Davis’s record, but considering the elements given it is on par with that particular performance I think.
Yeah, I was at that Missouri game too, and it was incredible to say the least, but what Abu did today given the circumstances and opponent, it deserves to be mentioned in the same breath at least.

Right here.

Thrilled for the team.

Loved seeing Sama get more carries.

Noel's late TD is an all time one for ISU football.

Probably the entire staff's best coaching job in any game since 2020.

Keeps people interested for a bowl game, should help with recruiting, and it so great to beat K State.

I don't have any hand sanitizer in reach or I'd do it, but has anybody been to a Purple Kansas board to see how they're doing?

Thankful for the contributions of Sanders and Norton this year but not a fan of the "we're done for the year" bs so this was a nice don't let the door hit you on the way out game.
I'll never criticize a player for doing what they need to do, as long as it was respectful. Don't know the circumstances at all.

But I am glad they didn't play in this game. Aren't you? [Rhetorical] It allowed Abu to shine. And we saw a good game by Hansen as well.

This definitely wasn’t one of KSU’s Chris Klieman’s best coached games. There were glaring clock management issues, along with surprising play-calling during critical drives in the fourth quarter. Oh well, Coach Cambell took advantage…
