The way this off-season went, the players we lost, 7 wins is a huge accomplishment. Huge props and congratulations to the staff and especially the players who stepped up and stuck with it this year. Pretty amazing season when you think about it.

Agree. Couple that with only having 4 conference home games, the gambling issue and loss of players, the loss at Ohio, and another loss at home to Iowa. It was a really good comeback year!

Just got back to the hotel from SnowMageddon. That was one for the ages, almost 500 yards of offense, 42 points and only 19 minutes TOP I think.

I think he's a K-state grad and he has a youtube channel covering KSU and everything Big 12. Anyways, he's always ready to take a dig at CMC. I think he didn't like that CMC was often praised by the media over the years, and he bags on ISU's record through the years. I think Chris Williams does some collaborations with him, but he a bit of a **** talker.

KState fans are butthurt that Matt “ran up the score on them” in 2020. So they have this vendetta against him and start rumors like “Campbell stopped COVID testing his team in 2020” to cope.

Matt Campbell is above .500 as ISU HC in the Big 12.
Next year's Big 12 schedule on paper "right now" looks favorable.

Campbell has 6 winning records in the conference (Iowa State has 7 others in its history)
Iowa State was picked to finish 10th in the conference this year

I think our “new” conference next year is really going to be a good thing for us going forward. We SHOULD be able to compete on and off(recruiting) better with OU And Texas gone.

I think there is a good chance we start seeing consistent 8-4 or 9-3 seasons.

This was the most unexpected outcome probably since we won 66-10 against Mohomes. The stats from this game is just insane from the offensive output and how much the defense was on the field.

Lost to OU, Texas, and KU. Good teams in the top half of the conference

Beat two solid teams in OSU and KSU. The rest was beating the teams we were better than.

Despite the off-season and early season nonsense, our conference season was a resounding success
