Sorry, Somewhat of a new wrestling fan here. What’s the significance of stalling?
I just tuned in. I don't understand wrestling so I have no idea what everyone was so upset about.
Not a takedown imo, good effort. He could get him later in the year.

This is the new Iowa Style. Get one TD and go to a defense square stance and stall your ass off. Voinvich was losing and refused to take a shot.
Wrestlers are required to be aggressive and wrestle, not avoid their opponent and back up or flee the mat. First is a warning, then they start giving up points.
