Apparently many don’t agree with this, I challenge you to name one player under Campbell that transferred and ended up working well for them.

I think most disagreed because the portal has been open for like 3 days. Yes, back room discussions happen but 99.9% of transfers haven’t found a spot or have announced it yet . That’s not an indictment on Sanders or Norton.
define "working out well for them", but you can't because each individual player will have something different in mind.
Different reasons for different people, such as:
1. wants more playing time
2. wants to be closer to home
3. wants to be on a championship caliber team
4. wants to be closer to a gf
5. wants NIL payday
6. hates the current coach(s)
etc.
I’d imagine majority transfer for 1. and 4.
You can compare stats from what they did here or snap counts
I know that the new transfer rules/portal get many fans upset, but overall, I think it is a positive for the players. Just thinking that guys like Jalen Hurts or Joe Burrow aren't where they are now if they didn't transfer.
Fair, although the ‘negotiations’ started weeks ago. I think it’s worth keeping in mind that this is, I believe, year 2 of the free transfer for football. The new rule coincided with a bunch of players getting an extra year of eligibility AND NIL money, so, to me, it makes sense that it might actually taper off over time. I also have no idea what “normal” turnover was pre-2021. It might not be quite as crazy as it looks.
I was having a difficult time figuring out what the staff wanted to do with this kid. I don't think he would have made it onto the field as QB and didn't see where else his skill set would fit.
He's going to get paid. The few times I watched Florida this year it was perplexing why he didn't get more touches. Likely a top 2 or 3 RB drafted in 25.
I think people disagreed with you because once they decide to transfer most fans don’t especially care if it works out for the player.

SEC / Big Ten / and Big 12 need to work with whatever the hell is left of the NCAA and implement one of two solutions:
1) If you sign out of HS, it's a two year committment.
OR
2) Bring back the sit out year requirement if you transfer. They get paid now, so there should be a consequence for wanting to transfer
- if a coach leaves, this is waived
Why would the SEC and B1G want that? They want to be able to buy players, and they have the money.

Me too. I never got this one. I mean, if you’re going to bring in a second QB, why not get a guy that’s a good athlete that could switch positions if he is down the QB depth chart? Everything I’ve read had Batiste as a project QB and not someone who could switch to WR or DB. I guess they could have put weight on him and tried TE or DE, but that’s a huge project with some risk.
How do you define working well? Made NFL? Played more snaps? Moved closer to home & got degree?
One name- Tayvonn Kyle. I believe he was a starter at UVA this season and continued his graduate education at an elite academic school.

UVA is "an elite academic school"? Not saying you're wrong, but their reputation as elite isn't exactly widespread.
