Back to the discussion of better talent, I actually do think Memphis has the leg up at QB. Rocco is fine and I think you can win with him, but Henigan has some real playmaking ability

CMC was all smiles after our last TD. That’s all I need to know about him as a head coach. He doesn’t give a s**t about winning games…. and has admitted that NUMEROUS times.

Memphis’ head coach and players have wanted to win this game from the start.

Part of me wants us to lose by 40…. so I can hear what Matt has for an excuse this time. “We were just a hair off here and there. Details, details, margins, blah blah blah”.

Rush 3, they got a guy uncovered for a first diwn

Heacocks system was extremely innovative at the time but offensives have adjusted and if you don’t have a Will McDonald covering up the flaws of it you are going to get blitzed. Time to evolve.

- Defense immediately gives up on tackling, covering gaps, or defending pass receivers to let Memphis roll right back down the field

I’m starting to come around to the idea that Heacock actually retired right after the K-State game
