Well if need be rest him tomorrow and hope he is good to Saturday. Hopefully he gets to play in both, but the real target is in March.
True that, and Tamin's well being.Well if need be rest him tomorrow and hope he is good to Saturday. Hopefully he gets to play in both, but the real target is in March.
He definitely tweeked it. Meaning, and going off of what I think TJ said, that he's had a recurring shoulder situation of some sort. How do you know it wasn't from something prior?
I see what you're doing there....lolStill sore? Was he run into by an opposing fan or something?
All he’s missing is about 10 lbs of muscleWould love to see Pav stay. We'll see.
...not taller though. He needs a better outside shot.I don't think they'll disappear, but Jackson needs to be more selective when he attacks to hoop. Sometimes he gets eaten up.
He can still be a weapon from the outside though, and the occasional drive dish. How has his defense been? That's probably another point.
Next year he will be bigger and stronger, hopefully.
Hmm, who developed one of those in 1 off season?...not taller though. He needs a better outside shot.
Better outside shot? He is over 40% from 3 for the season....not taller though. He needs a better outside shot.

I just don't see part-time playing with a shoulder injury. Either it's healed enough to play and no risk of further injury or it's not. I'm guessing he doesn't play.I bet he plays but in reduced minutes
3 and D has a spot everyhere and he has the 3. We don't need him to put the ball on the floor at any point in his career, it's just a nice to have. Matt Thomas and 3sus didn't have an effective dribble drive until their senior years.I'm All In on Jackson letting it fly from 3. He's got one of the more pure shots on the squad imo.
I think his handle is pretty good. Goes back to my comment about adding 10 lbs of muscle. I think he gets knocked off his spot when he drives into the lane rather than losing control of the ball due to his skills.3 and D has a spot everyhere and he has the 3. Yep, first thing I noticed about his game when he was announced as a commit is that he was pretty effective off the dribble and in the paint. Just taking a little time to adjust to the bigger, stronger, faster players (and still not doing badly). He seems to get overwhelmed physically at times including speed but also is still pretty stingy and tough to the hoop.
Imo he's underrated with the hands to grab boards etc.
He hit a 3 last game and that will be needed at other times.
Shoulders can easily hurt for months and never heal until surgery or lots of time. There's always a risk of further injury. 100% is for the off-season.I just don't see part-time playing with a shoulder injury. I'm hoping that the "strained" shoulder description means it won't be long term. I don't know that # of minutes played in a game is a factor. I would think he can play or he isn't ready yet.Shoulders can easily hurt for months and never heal until surgery or lots of time. There's always a risk of further injury. 100% is for the off-season.
I am NOT saying this is the case but it could be a season long situation, to some extent.
I haven't seen it in Big 12 play, seems too slow currently to beat people off the dribble. That doesn't have to be his game though.I think his handle is pretty good. Then shoot it more often. He's 1-3 from the 3 in Big12 play.Better outside shot? He is over 40% from 3 for the season.
