The picture of that stupid parrot next to that quote is a perfect match. Oh ... And Fuc* Iowa!

When the tiggerhawk first appeared in 1979, a sports journalist somewhere wrote that it appeared to be a cross between a parrot (round head, short round beak) and a chicken (wattle hanging low).

Maybe someone (ISU fan?) upon first seeing the logo thought, "hmmm, chicken hawk," and the rest is history. Just guessing.

If they believe that they haven't watched him play. Trubisky actually has a strong arm. He just doesn't have the important stuff. Timing, anticipation, reads, progressions, quick decision making, mechanics, throwing accuracy. All the stuff Brock has and he doesn't. Brock throws downfield all the time. It's a huge part of his game.

Oh no. They’ve watched him. A lot. They are one of the weirdest, illogical fanbases in sports. It’s butthurt talking.

Also turned a particular direction it's Fred Flintstone

Yes, they definitely watched him a lot in college. But probably not much at all in the pros. But yeah, definitely butt hurt.
I think that's what some of these Hot Takes are from the pro fans. Just fan bases the 49ers have beat a lot. They hate us and are mad. So they try to disparage Brock to get under people's skin. It's hard to say how much of it is actually serious. Some of it is to get back at our fan base and team I think.

Most of the stuff on this site that’s anti Brock or passive anti niner comments are from Hawkeye fans who are insanely jealous because they can’t for the life of them produce an even mildly effective QB. They don’t even care that Kittle is on the team.

They also sleep with sheep.

speaking of mustard, Hy-Vee stopped carrying Plochman's! i'm friggin' pissed, wtf.....
Depending on your location, they probably had to reduce the selection to make room for clothes or shoes!!

Freakin' worst Hy-Vee decision ever!!

Question: How much better can Brock become?

The last few weeks a number of commentators have labelled BP a 2nd year QB. But, iirc, in 2022 he did play until December, or nearly December. Hell, he's still a babe in the woods (not really, but it's descriptive of his experience maybe).

I'm asking this question because somewhere yesterday I heard a statement from a commentator that if a coach, and an OC, and a young QB can remain together, in the third year it all comes together in their best form. No idea if true, but I thought, geez, Brock has only 1-1/3 years maybe under his belt.

So, do any of you knowledgeable football gurus out there have any logical idea of how much more Brock can develop, or might he be near his ceiling now?

Ours stopped carrying it. Fareway still does though, I think.
