I actually don’t think KSU is playing with that much energy. That arena is pretty dead even with the team coming back from the poor start and leading into the half. They just want the season over.

I agree, Kstate is only playing well because we are handing them turnover after turnover, and offensive rebound after offensive rebound. Any crap team will be able to do ok if you give them a million chances.

They're generally limited offensively, had a peak moment a while ago but have maybe returned to the meanish and perhaps got found out on how they get defended.

KSU is not good, but they are NIT level and are playing with some 'last home game' energy today.

It amazes me how so many people don't give the opponent credit. KSU's half court defense has been good all year, and it's very good today. KSU's problem has been that they turn it over too much, but we're not winning the turnover battle like we normally do.

With all the BS refereeing, I am still insanely impressed with our team for how little they throw up their arms and complain, or do the open-mouthed, whiny c'mon look. Regardless of outcome, that is a sign of excellent coaching; definitely appreciate our Cyclones always showing they are the mature ones.

Look to the other sideline, and the Tang is constantly whining, and it is reflected in how his players emote on the floor.

Win or lose, I’m not kidding when I say that this team will get upset in the first round of the tourney. I got bashed for saying this last weekend but in reality it’s true. A 6th ranked team should have finished this game when up 11-2

Yeah, if we lose today and first game of the Big 12 tournament, I'm pretty sure we'll drop to a 3 seed. Not the end of the world. I just hope we can still play in Omaha.

Tom Crean is married to Joani Harbaugh whose brother is Jim Harbaugh. The Jim Harbaugh who didn’t get the ISU head coach football job when Gene Chizik was hired. I’m not saying that is the reason why he hates ISU, but it does make you wonder.
