Our fans...I mean, god damn, is there a better fanbase in the country? 18,000 inside the building and who knows how many outside?

They ran a picture of Ames (Welch) being completely empty - I am sure they worked to get exactly that but point made.

Unfortunately if we lay an egg in the dance there will be a lot of “told you so” posts on here.

Never mind that literally anything can happen in the NCAA - that’s why we love it!

But if we play like we did in KC we’ll be very hard to gameplan against. Our defense alone is gonna be an ordeal for whatever 15 seed we get matched up against.

There will be and I'll be right here telling them that they are wrong.

I'd argue they've looked the best they have all season.

Even at their conference season peak the ball wasn't moving as well as the last two nights.

Good point. Yes.

I just thought we were reverting back to terrible offense for a while there and the last 3 games we've moved the ball with purpose and not tried to bully our way to the basket. As I write that, it seems like when we try to play offense like we play defense, we kind of struggle.

It is Spring break. So, they probably just had to get there at say 8 am and it would be empty.

Not to take anything away from the fans, at one point I did turn the volume up to hear Fran through the crowd noise.

They certainly don‘t appear to be out of gas like some of those in the know were saying just a week ago.

Yeah love the win, just saying that we've won this lots of times and had early exits in the tourney. Would like to avoid that.
Listen wet blanket, I gave you some really solid advice. If you can't just enjoy one of the most dominant wins against an AP number one team without pouring cold water over it, then just shut the **** up.

Everyone would be disappointed not making the Sweet 16 BUT I think the only real way most rational fans would be upset is if we lost in the first round. We will
Absolutely be the better team in that first game and we need to come in there with the attitude we are playing Houston. No mercy and crush whoever it is.

After that, then yeah the tournament is going to be against teams that on any night can beat you and it wouldn’t be shocking.
