If non-con strength of schedule is going to be an issue, then we should be playing teams like Drake, UNI, or Creighton every year instead of Prairie View A&M

This problem is only going to get worse as the Power 1 conference tags itself with losses but is now expected to also have elite non conference schedules.

To sweet 16 should be doable...

But it is by far the toughest region.

2 teams from last years final 4, 4 conference tournament champs, non of which were some ******* team like NC State that had a fluke run.

4 of the top 10 Ken Pom teams...

Folks on the UConn boards are freaking livid asking why as the number 1 overall seed they were given arguably the top 2nd, 3rd and 4th seed.
Who cares what UConn fans think. If and when we play, we will settle it, for this year. If UConn fans are crying, too bad for them.

The results say otherwise. I don’t know why you think you are a byu expert.

I probably don't give him enough credit when he posts a lot of good posts (which are the majority of his posts), but when he gets into 'come on here and lecture cyclone fans' mode it gets tiring.

Iowa State’s out of conference strength of schedule will be top 20 next season. Maui Invitational will take care of that, and the Big 12 / Big East challenge has to reward Iowa State with Marquette in Hilton next season?

Let's hope the college football playoff committee takes non con scheduling into account and punishes the SEC for playing cupcakes because their conference is brutal.

Thought the same exact thing. The justification is always the conference is good enough.

ISU big 12 tourney wins just this weekend are better than anyone else’s non con resume.

Which is why this is dumb. Either one is a glorified scrimmage. Why should the committee be focusing so much on that?
Exactly. None* of those teams are in the tourney. They should focus on Q1 and then Q2 records.

It comes across as very condescending.

Well, it appears all of our fans are crying about the region so if they are complaining UCONN fans can too as the overall #1 seed.

We got screwed, but also, just win baby. No guarantee we play Drake, or Illinois, or even BYU before a potential UConn matchup.
