So why is Oregon playing Creighton in Pittsburg?

Because Creighton is the host of Omaha so they're prohibited from playing there.
Houston and Baylor are in Memphis
Purdue and Marquette are in Indianapolis
Next closest site available is Pittsburgh... which is why Creighton and Oregon are playing there.
