My heart just really breaks for this group of exceptional young men. I just don't want to see them go out like this at this point.

3 years they've been told Iowa State is not really a threat because Iowa State simply just can't put the orange round thing in the 10 foot thing.

To go out like this? Truly, what can any of us say?

We look small and slow. Gilbert and Rob are WAY off their normal games. Milan just nowhere near quick enough for this game. Just a bad matchup for us.

Actually it's more of a half court game, very low scoring.

Talking quick shots in the shot clock allowing them run outs.

It's low scoring but it's up and down.

Not sure I've ever seen a player like Gilbert than can be so good and then the next night be so bad.

Stinson and especially Garrett had a few of those games. Diante would have a random game where he looked like me out there.
