How can you not cheer against UConn when you see that 90% win rate in the dance? if wbb is going to continue to grow that needs to go. Its part of why I zoned it out many years.
I’m always for the underdog and also **** Iowa

Iowa played pretty crappy and only down 6 at Half.
I don’t think they played crappy at all. UConn just knows how to defend them and until the refs tagged a couple of BS fouls on UConn players did the Hawks finally start to score because they had to sag off a bit.

It's not like UConn played great either... and they're up 6 at half.

(and especially Clark and Buekers haven't played well at all)

Yeah, UConn was missing a bunch of shots they should be making too.

Really do think there is something to the overinflated ball theory. Affects both, but UConn was able to get in and get more shots around the rim where it mattered less

Affolter and Stuelke keeping Iowa in the game. Going to need way more from Clark and Martin if they're going to win.

Players should be able to tell that pretty quickly.

Feel like UConn needed a lot bigger lead than this with how CC shot. Gotta figure she is going to heat up.

And UConn foul issues are a HUGE problem. With 5 players out with injuries, they cannot afford anyone to be in foul trouble. Might not be able to play as tough on defense, which will open things up for Iowa.

I really fear UConn is going to just run out of players…. I hope that’s not the case.

Over-inflated ball theory is 100% true. The longer teams go the more they get used to it but those first couple rounds with the different ball have to be frustrating.

All of her pull up 3’s are to the left.
How many has she made today? She is setting up on the right side to drive to the basket, not to dribble left to shoot. When she is out on the left, then force her to the middle. UConn is not playing a perfect game and still ahead.
