...but it would sure be nice if the regulars on these game threads would consider those who are looking for a score occasionally, or something more informative than "AW S***" or "WOW". TIA.
I do know that (at least in the past) some of us, when seeking a score and not getting one, simply ask for one--instead if complaining about it afterwards. Generally after being asked, people keep the running score posted.

OK, the game is over, I guess we won. I wonder how many people are like me, in far away places with no TV or radio, and follow this thread to "listen" to the game? You can't imagine how frustrating it is to hit the refresh and get a bunch of exclamations without a clue of what happened. I will be on the road for the tourney next week, so won't make any difference, but it would sure be nice if the regulars on these game threads would consider those who are looking for a score occasionally, or something more informative than "AW S***" or "WOW". TIA.

Usually someone asking nicely for the score in a game thread gets a nice post back saying what the score is.

Well... ESPN has a gamecast... Just saying???

Not like we need more rules on how to make posts on a thread.. Don't want to be a jerk, but when people tell you how to do things, it doesn't rub me well..

Never, in the field of basketball conflict, have so many Cyclones played such wretched defense and thereby stopped the scoring of so few (who penetrated).

But a win is a win.

I have a feeling that you're the type of person who could win the lottery, find out the sexest woman in the world was in love with him and would go home ,turn off the lights and slash yourself with a knife.

Really nice to end the season with a win.

Also great to see Peaty have such a great game. One of the better walk ons we've ever had and he's really grown on me this year.

Diante's line today

17 points, 6-12 FG, 5-6 FT, 6 assists and 0 TO's.

That is great to see considering how terrible he, and the rest of the team looked against Nebraska.

Like I said earlier, against pressure D he looks lost and over powered.

Against half court D he looks confident and smooth.

He needs to work on ball controll under pressure. I still don't see how everyteam doesn't press the crap out of us.

Although, its a good game and something he needed.

Just got back, great game by the seniors, holy crap!

For a 14-16 team, glad to see a good crowd that got into it when the guys needed it.

Hopefully they keep the 'nothing to lose' attitude up going into the game in OKC

I have a feeling you know not that of which you speak.

I'm happy they won. But the transition D was abysmal.

All I have to say about this game is I am sick of guys throwing in 30 foot shots at the end of the half or game against ISU. I was stunned that one of the last two shots didn't go in. Not that they were bad looks. Actually they were much closer and easier shots than they should have had been.

At least he didn't bank it on an off-balance shot like the dude at Nebraska:wideeyed::no:
