Glad things are going well. I was expecting the Jets to move on from him after how bad he was last year
Hopefully Breece can benefit from a real offense and not waste prime years like DM did with an offense that cannot sustain a passing attack.
Lazard was successful in Green Bay because they used him a lot in the run game due to his blocking and then Rodger’s trusted him in the passing game. His blocking makes him a unique WR. Hopefully the jets use him like the Packers did now that Rodger’s is back.
I am almost positive his last season in Green Bay he led the NFL in % of receptions that were for a first down. He was their key player when they needed it

Such a conundrum for me…. I want to see Lazard, Breece, and McDonald have awesome seasons…. but I want to see Rodgers fail miserably. Is that possible?
Feel the same way. Packers fan for life and so at least that conflict gone. Husband saw some weird thing about Jets maybe getting Trevor Lawrence which I think surely wasn’t accurate.
Jerry Rice would look bad with Zach Wilson throwing him the ball.

AL was always a weird scapegoat for a team that was an absolute clusterf*ck in so many ways.
He looks noticeably lighter and trimmer in camp thus far.

For whatever reason, I've found that in the NFL, I'm happy to cheer for the Iowa State players vs. the team I claim to like (Vikings). I'm a full on 49er's fan now and will cheer for any Iowa State player over the Vikings (i.e. I was not sad when the Packers beat the Vikings when Lazard was playing for them.)
That's different than the NBA because I hated the Bulls no matter who played for the them (Fizer, Willoughby, Hoiberg, etc).
I think a 100x is probably on the lower side for that estimate...
Rodgers is an all-timer even if he comes with some weird "California bro" personality quirks.
But he's no worse than the tenth (and probably better than that) QB of all-time.
