Actually the real ones DO go around the entire sleeve IF (and only IF) the player chooses to have the loose fitting/long jersey style (i.e. not tight/elastic’d directly at the upper shoulder). Very rarely do players ask for this style anymore. For a good visualization, take a look at Jalen Ramsey #5 playing cornerback for the Dolphins right now. Essentially same template as we (and now, most teams) have. Garrett Wilson of the Jets has a loose fitting arm style as well. QB’s are most prone to do this (Kyle Kempt did it, Brock did it after his freshman year).
They make most clothing items way too busy buy throwing in a random oversized logo. Most shirts with the script "Iowa State"or "Cyclones" doesn't need a logo added that also doesn't match the color of the lettering.
I agree. But that also doesn't recognize how god f*cking awful that logo is. I have clue who keeps promoting or printing that thing. It's terrible.
There are so many clothing items on the book store and elsewhere using the rebranded "new" CY and bugle smh. They're losing out on sales. I think they're embracing the old logos more though.
Nah. The pants are a nice option. I wouldn't want to see them every week though.

That overall package works well, doesn't look dated. One thing I would change, shoulder strips gold-white-gold (white in the center) instead of W-G-W - it more closely matches C-W-C of the helmet & pants striping.
