Ahh, the good ol' Pohlad family. Been pinching pennies for decades. They are not serious owners. As a big Twins fan, you just have to hope they will exceed expectations and possiblly catch lightning in a bottle occasionally.

Laughable. Bring in Tonkin to shut down Cleveland in the Bottom of 10. Only throws 2 pitches middle of the plate & game over. This is pitiful and painful.

At this point, I don't even want the Twins to make the playoffs. Just end the misery already.

It really looks like they are mailing it in now. Pitching is in the toilet.

I don’t want you to bat, but I am going to send up a guy who is 0-29. Then I want you to go out and catch in the bottom of the 11th inning, in the rain.

What the hell was Rocco thinking? To top it off, Margot's at-bat was awful. Twins needed a win and the Red Sox are bad right now.

Cocky Tigers:

For a team that was 55-63 and 9.5GB a month ago...and hasn't played meaningful baseball into the fall in a decade...give us a chance to have some fun. How this has fallen into place has been almost miraculous...the evolution of the ninth inning against the Orioles on Saturday sums it up. That game was lost...and then it wasn't.

Even if we somehow squeak in, we'll get swept. Can't even beat a lowly NL team. Very frustrating season.
