I don’t know about the water but Vibrant has always poured the beer cans into plastic cups when I’ve been there. Probably a venue thing rather than artist.
It’s definitely artist specific, that’s what we were told at check in and the last show I attended there served beer in the can. Maybe it does have something to do with the Pumkins and other bands having problems with idiots throwing cans/bottles at previous shows, I hadn’t considered that.

Interesting! I really thought it was the venue but admittedly it was an assumption. Lots of bands love the plastic I guess.

Having serious FOMO from missing the Pumpkins last night! I wanted to go bad but the 2 hr distance on a work night spooked me, now I regret it and should have went. I did see them in 96' in Minneapolis so I've at least seen them but that show is a little...blurry in my mind.

Anyone have the set list??

Holy ****, what a show last night. Corgan and Iha absolutely shred and we got to witness one of the best drummers on the planet.

Not a fan of the opener and my wife hated some of their lyrics but overall everything was A+.

Everything was perfect, amazing sound, amazing venue, amazing setlist. Il not sure if anyone else noticed but we also got a U2 cover and they actually played Mayonnaise which is their best song imo.

Overall an A+, I had been waiting to see them since I was jamming on the Siamese Dream cassette tape I had when I was 14 and they didn't disappoint.
We all know about Iha's guitar talent.
Corgan blew me away. IMO, he was close to Prince level of guitar play last night.

His dad was a professional blues guitarist in Chicago if I remember correctly so he probably learned from the best.

I cant remember exactly but I think he talks about it on Stern or Joe Rogan when they are interviewing him.

Saw The 502s at Woolys tonight. Hadn’t heard of them until a couple days ago when my buddy convinced me to go. Ended up being a great decision! They’re like a happier Mumford and Sons and call themselves “Americas Happiest Band”. Highly recommend checking them out and they definitely gained a fan tonight

So last night Freaks on Parade was at the AMP here in NW Arkansas and the wife and I decided to go. As always, I wore my Iowa State football hat. I had a meet-and-greet with Alice Cooper who, by the way, is a super cool guy. I got to chat with him briefly along with having my picture taken with him. As I started to exit the tent, Alice said "Hey, did Iowa State beat Iowa this year?" and I got a big grin on my face and replied, "We sure did, beat them by 1 with a almost last second field goal". He responded with his own grin and a thumbs up. Made me proud as hell to be both a Cooper fan and an Iowa State fan.

Oh and Rob Zombie had a spectacular show! Both Alice and Rob knocked it out of the park.

Did you happen to catch the Stones when they came thru. Heard about it but was unable to go.
