My 65" 4K Hi-Def wall mounted television makes this weird crackling sound about a minute in, every time I power it up. Lasts at least 4-5 seconds and sometimes I can almost not make out what is being said in the program. Has been doing it since new.

I've got a ticket for a show at Val Air for a week from Saturday but the Iowa State - West Virginia game got scheduled for the same time. Hate it when that happens.

My truck, a 2022 Silverado, has an issue where all of the audio (AM/FM/Android Auto/Turn Signals/Chimes/EVERYTHING) goes out for about 2-3 seconds at start-up and then it's back just fine. It'll do this... 3 or 4 times and then it's fine.

Chevy is aware of the issue and has been working on a fix.
Just got an email that there is a dealer required software update for my truck - called and scheduled and asked about this - found out it likely is the fix for this issue.

Thank you CF.

Last night I had to sit in my finished basement, in my lazy boy reclining couch, drink fancy micro brew, and only watch the NFL game on the secondary 55 inch HDTV because my son was playing Xbox on the 70 inch HDTV. The HORROR.

Our fridge stopped cooling a few weeks ago. Fan went bad, so the freezer stayed cold. Took about a week to fix, and we had to toss a fair amount of food. It was such a colossal nuisance, but I had to remind myself that my late great grandparents would roll their eyes and mock me if I complained. Then I peed and flushed in my air-conditioned indoor bathroom and felt better.

Sometimes when I'm trying to get the wireless soundbar to connect with the larger of the two 50+ inch TVs wall mounted in my garage I have to go through the process of pushing buttons on the remote control twice because it doesn't hook up on the first attempt. All of this because I HAVE to have the football game that I'm NOT watching on the TVs in the garage at stereo level sound for the 10 seconds that I walk to the garage fridge to grab another beer/cocktail before going back into the house to watch the game on the 80 inch TV in the larger of our two living rooms.

When my car doesn't automatically unlock when i grab the handle since I have the fob in my pocket, or if it didn't lock automatically when I walked away and forgot, and accidentally lock it when I'm trying to get in. Real frustrating 3 seconds.
My wallet has a magnet that interferes with the fob. I have to keep them in separate pockets which is a real nuisance.

My neighbors across the street are up north so didn't put their compost recycling bin out. I just toss my single guy scraps in their bid. With them gone I had to walk another 100 feet down the street to toss the scraps in another neighbors bin for pickup today. 20 seconds of my life I'll never get back.

Yeah the bin is ridiculously huge for our 3-4 persons. It has never been even 1/4 full. I could only imagine how empty it would be for 1.

Tomorrow when the temp breaks 80 degrees and I have all of the windows and patio door open for the fresh air I'll probably have to turn the air conditioning down to like 60 so that I can keep the inside temperature comfortable.

Sometimes I have to repeat my request to Alexa, that biotch
There are days when the wife and I take the convertible for a ride with the top down where it is hot enough during the afternoon that we have to run the air conditioning at full blast and have the seat coolers turned on and then it is cool enough out at evening when we are on our way home that we have to have the heater on full blast and the seat warmers on. It's tragic.

I ordered not one, but TWO, white ISU shirts so that I'd have them before the game tomorrow and neither will get to me in time. (I'm really not impressed with Cy's Locker Room)

Got an alert that a charge from Amazon labeled "other" went through on my credit card for $148.73. Didn't remember buying anything that expensive, didn't show up under my orders, checked with my wife even though she has another card number, etc. Stressing out for 15+ minutes that someone has stolen my card. Backed out the tax and it came to $139. What the hell is $139....."There can't be anything I subscribe to for $139!". Go to my CC mobile app to dispute the charge and then lightbulb-----Amazon Prime.

The sad thing is that it probably happened last year as well. This year I'll learn and put in on my calendar to happen yearly.

During a recent vacation in California, my cell phone being next to my hotel room key in my pocket would nullify the key. It took two trips back to the desk with the same issue before they told me "Oh, that happens all the time."

My wife and daughter had to sit in front of the room with our luggage while I went back and forth and, more importantly, I lost valuable sitting-around-doing-nothing time.
