One of the craziest things is just how young this lineup is, 7/10 weights seem likely to be starting a freshman or sophomore. Future looks bright.
This seems to be a reoccurring theme with him. I'm ready to thank him for his contributions and move on. He's had sooo many chances

Below is a current depth chart for the Cyclones and seeding for the wrestle-offs. The line-up can change throughout the season but this provides a snapshot of the team. Wrestlers can move up or down based on need.
Yeah definitely a few that were interesting, 125, 165 and 174 were the most surprising to me.
I know everyone is high on Carroll, but my favorite recruit from this freshman class is Bartelt. Does anyone know how he is looking in the room? Is a cut to 184 possible for him?

My guess is Carroll will bump up to HWT after this season and Bartlet will slide in at 197.
Bartelt just started wrestling here recently. Spent all summer recovering from shoulder surgery. I am guessing he wrestles 197 for his redshirt year, then cuts down to 184 to try and make the lineup as a redshirt Freshman. I do not see Carrol bumping up to heavy, I think he is just too short.
And we have Daniel Herrera redshirtng this year behind Younger.

Mine is on Thursday, did the preview, nothing better than what I have right now so will stick.
I'd say there's a good chance both RS if the Chittum situation is true. Echemendia 149, Paniro 157, Gaitan 165. Unless Ech was going to make it back down to 141. There are some really good dudes on our team that have a real fight on their hands to make the lineup and/or will need to redshirt.
