I'm indifferent, but guessing people still refer to it as "The Well".
I'm indifferent as well. It's just going from one corporate name to another.
What's surprising to me in this thread is the number of people who cling to wanting to call it "Wells Fargo Arena." I understand if it's a local person who made an impact, or local group, or honored local groups of people like "Veterans Memorial" did, etc.; it makes sense if people have an attachment to that. But to attach to wanting to call it the "Well" or Wells Fargo Arena seems odd to me. At least this is a local corporation that started in Iowa and not a big, faceless multi-state corporation headquartered out of state.
Edit: there's also already a Wells Fargo Center in Philly. So, it's not like WFA is even unique. I'm still pretty indifferent, but if I had to choose, I suppose having the local corporation get naming rights is preferred to the out of state banking behemoth.
