Original music? The Graduate or Magnolia are my personal favs. Saturday Night Fever is legendary if people drop hangups.

Compilations? Most Tarantino movies.

Scores? Ennio Morricone

Purple Rain is hard to include when the movie is basically a biography of the music…but if it counts it’s #1.

I thought that a John Hughes film should be on the list. I was going to list Some Kind of Wonderful, but I think Pretty in Pink edges it.

Lol, I did the exact same. I actually prefer Some Kind of Wonderful as a movie, but agree Pretty in Pink soundtrack wins by a nose.
