Can’t add tickets to wallet?

I just tried to download our tickets to my wallet for tomorrows game and I get the message that I don't have tickets to any upcoming event but when I log in on our PC they show them in our account.

I can’t add my tickets to my wallet on the app. Also doesn’t work on the website. Anyone else having this issue? Any tips to solve?? Thanks!

The young people at the gate are very helpful in such matters. Getting there early helps.

I had this confusion, on your mobile device you have to download the Iowa state cyclones app, it will NOT work on the Ticketmaster app.

Once on the cyclones app you use your ticketmaster login and pw, seems silly to me.

Or go to the fast pass stations (they close at noon) and have them help you.

Yeah...every time they tell us how much easier and more streamlined it is, I have to laugh. In a mixed ages clientele, you are going to get mixed levels of "easier and more streamlined".

Just tried again now through the app and was able to download them to my wallet. We are good to go!

Off subject, but does anyone know how to move Eventbrite tickets to your Google wallet? I have a pair of passes, I can see them both in the Eventbrite app, but I can't seem to find any "add to your wallet" button.

For Eventbrite? Ticketmaster has been working (albeit very slowly). I opened the app directly on my phone. I don't have an email with a link anymore (or at least I can't find it).

Oops. I don't htink I've tried to transfer from eventbrite. But Google says this: Tap the Tickets icon in the footer 2. Select a ticket 3. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right 4. Tap Add to Apple Wallet

I'm android. And I've searched the tickets (I can see both) but there are no links or icons to tap.

At this point, I will probably just show the tickets in the Eventbrite app to the guys at the bus. It's just so damn frustrating.

That's annoying. They need to make it easier.

I heard back from the organizer, and he agreed that Eventbrite is inconsistent. He said I'll be good to go.

I’ve tried signing out and the display setting and nothing. Gonna try to run an update. If anyone has any other suggestions let me know.

I fought this for two years. Finally got an answer. Only one device can access an account. Only one phone. In my case it’s my wife’s. I cannot access or load tickets. That is the way it is. She can transfer me a ticket, but it must be to a separate email and I must have a separate Ticketmaster account to claim the ticket. Then it works. Your problem may be different than mine, but above is what I learned. You can change the associated phone , but it is still limited to one phone.
