We started watching the traitors on Peacock (2nd season). We're about 8 episodes in and I'm 100% hooked. I'm torn on whether to go upstairs and tell my wife to quit working so hard, so we can start the next episode.

Watch Mr. McMahon. Not a ton of new things and not a "hit piece." Shane McMahon was a bit surprising to me.

Anyone watch the Wild Robot yet?
Family really wanted to see it in theaters right when it came out but couldn't make it work. Rented it over the weekend and wish I would have spent the extra $10 to buy it. Had pretty high hopes from trailers alone and usually wind up let down when I hype films up too much. It definitely met and may have exceeded expectations. Fully expected it to be emotional but man I was definitely not ready for how powerful and moving it is. I think it will stand the test of time and be considered one of the great animated films.

Couple new ones this week that I’m looking forward to. Cross on Amazon releases on Thursday and Dune: Prophecy premieres on Sunday on Max.

It seems Amazon is dumping the entire season of Cross on Thursday. So it might be worth doing a month of ad free to get through it without the annoying stoppages.

Speaking of ads, got a question on that. Since it's MBB and WBB season I signed up for ESPN+ and did da bundle thingy with Disney+ but only opted for the ads level. Have been doing a mini-binge on The Mandalorian and the ads aren't super bad. For movies will it be like FX with a hundred ads?

I’ve just discovered Apple TV+ has some of the best programming. Just finished binging the first season of Silo and Dark Matter. Silo season 2 comes out on Friday, and looking forward to the second season of Severance next year.

Apple seems to have a high quality, but not necessarily a high quantity.

Slow Horses
Monarch
Presumed Innocent
Sugar

All great series.

Sugar was good right up until the last :20 and then it was a total WTF? moment that kind of ruined the series.

Disclaimer w/ Kate Blanchet and Kevin Klein is pretty good.

Separately, just finished Penguin on Max and thought it was good.
