If some of you think we’ve played well recently then I am not sure what’s there to discuss. Someone can be happy about the wins, but still be realistic that the performance in the field has been poor.
I think the Cyclones played pretty well overall. Take away 4 or 5 bad plays and this was a beatdown. Still ends up a win.
Winning isn’t easy. Colorado and BYU learned that today.

We’ve never gotten to 9 wins in the regular season in my life.

This is pretty ******* cool and we all need to enjoy this.
And Alabama, Ole Miss and Indiana.

And Penn State barely hung on.
Boise state was also pretty close to a loss.

Add: i hate having to cheer against boise stae... but they are taking the bye from isu right now, which pushes us down to an away game.

It's hard this time of year. I'm sure all fans do this, but you'd think with our history we'd have a tiny bit of perspective.

Coming in to today, we were all hoping that we'd be playing a meaningful game next week. And we are. Was it pretty? No. But they accomplished their goal and that's pretty great.

Agree. How many teams can say they are still playing for a ccg spot during last week of regular season? This is special.

We’ve beaten a huge % of the 8 new teams already.

Everybody but the three teams we haven’t faced?

Boise St was trailing horrible 2-8 Wyoming in 4th quarter. Only scored 17 on them with the #2 Heisman candidate rb.

Testifying
Yet another game thread where the negative posters who know we're gonna lose, vanish when we win.
A lot of crow sandwiches this year that are mounting up in the kitchen without being eaten.

ISU isn't perfect, our coaches aren't, but I'm glad the team doesn't have a lot of this mentality.

For the record, there is 1 scenario where even if ISU beats K-State they miss the Big 12 Championship.

ISU wins
Colorado Wins
Arizona State Wins
BYU loses to Houston

Arizona State vs Colorado go to Arlington

Everything else, if ISU beats K-State, ISU is in Arlington
Wait, so if Colorado and Arizona State both win (and ISU, of course), then BYU has to also win for us to get in?
