Our offense has been streaky but okay. But we have given up 91 points in the last 40 mins. Won’t win many games with that level of defense.

Strong close to the half besides Keshon’s dumbazz foul.

Outside of that it’s been a tired, slow team which is maybe understandable after a tough game yesterday. MAYBE.

But it’s also looked like a poorly coached team.

I have a feeling it’s not as much this as it is hangover from yesterday.

Dayton also couldn’t close out UNC, so if we can figure out offensive ball movement, I like our chances

TJ has some Matt Campbell in him. He's committed to a fault to how he wants his team to look and damnit if they're not going to look that way even if they're getting torched.

we don't have the NIL to do any better. Probably could use Cujo's cousin instead of Heise as well, but we didn't have the funds. Our best paid player is 1.5 million behind KSUs best paid player

I know it's a guards game, but man our bigs look bad. Jackson has a decent offensive game but that's not really what we needed this year and Jefferson plays more like a guard.

BRE and Ward were just so good at disrupting the other team in the paint , I don't see anybody capable of that on this team.

Gave up 41 in a half. Not solid D there. Gilbert with three may be good or bad. Might be less watching one guy drive.

Frustrating half but CuJo is going to get more mins in the 2nd half. If he and Milan can get some to fall we can pull it out.

Well we're in striking distance. Personally I'd like to see a little less I.A. and more Milan. Hopefully start to hit our 3s and get out with the W.

I should have clarified it was after Gilbert got the 3 fouls. There was time to sub him out of the game several times under 1 min with 2 fouls. Stayed in and got fouls 3

That’s kind of a coaching staff 101 especially after watching him sit half the game yesterday in foul trouble

I don't enjoy our AND-1 streetball style half court offense. leaves a lot to be desired

What troubles me is the terrible D. I wasn’t expecting an elite offense but we haven’t had much of either so far tonight.

Man I'm really concerned our bigs just athletically can't play the defense tj wants to play. Book is getting out on this defense too, skip pass for wide open 3 is really tough for us to defend

Lipsey had two fouls.

Jones is serviceable there but not as good as Gilbert.

Jones is not a crazy man with the ball. Give KG a step and THEN let him do his crazy ****. Don't let him have the ball in his hands for 20 seconds to start the clock. D is all over him from the start.

Can’t be giving up 41 in a half, and gave up 50 in the second half to Auburn. The defense is the problem right now. They need to lock in. They aren’t playing together on defense.
