Watching UNI basketball vs N Texas and the Panthers do not impress. Time for Jacobsen to go. To top it off, gotta listen to King McClure.

Tougher coaching job at mid majors in NIL era. Glorified minor league. Should of jumped when he got offers.
Of course if he goes Green is going to be AD's first call so I'm fine with him staying there.

I don’t think Green takes that job.Tougher coaching job at mid majors in NIL era. Glorified minor league. Should of jumped when he got offers.

Yep. And early on back at the beginning of NIL talk, many people were worried about Iowa State & Iowa competing with the "big boys" in college football & basketball and I wasn't overly worried at all. I honestly thought it would help teams like them if they knew HOW to embrace NIL (which I think Iowa State did well, thanks Blum, WeWill, & amazing fanbase). To me the "big boys" were always gonna have their pick of the crop so to speak anyway, not much changed there.from what others were saying, not just NIL, but the whole UNI AD isn't even funded to compete at its former levels anymore... and one would just have to see how bad UNI football was this year. Forget competing with the big boys, they can't compete in the MVC (and whatever their football conference is) anymore.
Yes and NoWe might actually pay more than green will get at UNI. Also, by now I assume Green is not as important since TJ understands the defense.
UNI is renovating the dome currently right? Wonder if there will be hot tubs on the party decks. Also looks like the urinal troughs may be going away.Yep. But it did have me really worried for programs like UNI. The new NIL world does not seem to be kind to programs like the Panthers. Unfortunately, I feel like things might get worse financially for UNI athletics before it gets better.
