I was going to say I disagree… But based on Sagarin (last week) predictor ratings, we are about a 1.5 favorite against them on a neutral field.

They don’t scare me as much now that the defense is getting a bit healthier. A couple weeks ago, I was afraid of what Skattebo would do this team with all the backups. The front seven did well tonight and I think they’ll hold up against ASU. Now I’m a bit concerned about the back side.

Big Citrus has looked great and the defense looks a lot better with McLaughlin back. Singleton being back is huge also. Hope Verdon will be back against ASU.

Intriguing match up vs ASU. Skattebo will be tough to handle, of course. QB Leavitt is 16th in the nation in QB Rating and they are 13th in yards/pass attempt. Defensively, they are high 20's/low 30's in most defensive categories. Cyclones really going to have to clean things up all around and and handle up on rushing defense.

Big 12 title game will likely be two teams ranked between 12-14. If we were to win that, could we rise to #8 in the playoffs and this host a first round playoff game?
