Yormark says if is not fair b12 plays 9 conference games while SEC and ACC only play 8. Should this be mandated? The SEC loads up on non conference cupcakes and still has a huge revenue advantage. Should b12 change to 8 conference games?

Yes, SEC has always done this and it really irritates me.
They used to beat up on UT-Chattanooga in late November to get more teams bowl eligible, now they are using the same shady tactics to get more teams in the playoffs.
He said last night in an interview that he wants to talk to ADs in the conference about it and maybe figure something out.
Oh, and make that 4th OOC game a bad FCS team in mid-November so it just means more.
Hard pass, if we are going back to a 4th non-conf game then it needs to be in September. There's zero reason to be playing UNI in November while we are in the middle of a Big 12 race.
Nobody disrespects our turf and gets away with it.

To be fair, it was like 35 degrees, raining, the field was a huge, sloppy mess, and we did still win the game.
So many people complain about the Drake game that I’ve heard more than a few people say we lost that game. I’ve also heard a certain person on Iowa Everywhere say Brock Purdy lost to UNI and not get corrected.
Yep, that is what could happen late in the conference. OP wanted to schedule an OOC game in November like the SEC does. I don't know if that is a wise idea. There are a lot of advantages to doing that, but one very big disadvantage and that is a close win/loss. I dont know if I would take that chance.

I thought the run defense was really good last night. Something I haven't seen for quite a while. KSU is a very good running team, and ISU made them earn every yard.
Bummed this morning…. Wife wasn’t a big fan of going to Arlington this coming weekend as we already had some family plans for Saturday. Buddy was texting me last night and sounded like a lock for him going. Told the wife this morning that she didn’t have to go if she didn’t want to since buddy was going and she gave me the green light to go and enjoy the game. An hour later buddy texts me saying his out. Ouch.
other that the QB getting outside on a few runs we kept him/them pretty much contained.
I've been impressed with ASU when I've seen them so it's a little surprising that ISU's favored. Must be strengths/weakness match ups thing.
